Swink’s Creations
can provide you with a unique, detailed design plan
according to your desires, personalities, & home
architecture for your landscape, hardscape, and pool
needs. Mark Swink and his experienced design & sales
team have more than 50 years of design experience to
present you with a creative well detailed design to
fit your needs. These designs are also more than
adequate to give to your homeowners association for
full approval of your project. The fee to start the
design phase of your project is $600.00 dollars. If
you choose to keep the plan, Swinks will require an
additional $1,000. However, if you chose to use
Swinks Creations to do the work, any money paid
towards the design will be credited to the total
price of the contract. |
